We supply both services of Vietnam visa on arrival & Getting your Vietnam visa in advance at Vietnam Embassy or consulate office at your country. Both services require traveler to have in hand approval letter issued by Vietnam Immigration Department sent directly by our company to you by email and by immigration department to Vietnam Embassy abroad by fax. Our file sent to you will be in jpg file.

Step 1 : How would you like to obtain a specific Vietnam visa

Please find out what type of Vietnam visa & duration of stay you will need  for your travel to Vietnam Eg; 1 month single entry, or 1 month multi entries. The tour you take in Vietnam will decide what type of Visa you need. If you visit to Laos, Thailand or Cambodia in middle of your tour and need to come back to Vietnam for your return flight. You will need to apply for multi entries Visa.

Step 2 : Payment & Personal data requirements

- When you have decided the type of Vietnam visa you need for your travel. Please place your online payment by PAYPAL with detail. 

- In case you do not have a credit card to sign up a free account at www.paypal.com. We also accept your payment by wire transfer or Bank transfer. We need your to send us a copy of the Bank remittance for your wire or Bank transfer to our Bank account in Vietnam. Please contact us for our bank account details for your wire transfer or bank transfer.

- Your clear passport scan send by email to us; We are different from other Vietnam visa service suppliers that we do not want our clients to take time to key in the personal data in our system, but we only need to have a passport scan from our clients, This will save time and will not cause any error in mistyping. Once our clients made a typing mistake, It will take time to re-issue other approval letter, This also cost more if we have to use Express visa service to issue new approval letter to you.

Step 3: Getting Vietnam visa approval letter for your flight to Vietnam

+ Waiting time:

Maximum 3 working days. In some cases, please expect your Vietnam visa approval letter sent to your email within 4 working days  and we will send you the letter by e-mail in JPG format in attached files. Just print the document out and bring it with you to board your plane to Vietnam. You will get your visa on arrival at International Airport in Vietnam with requirement of 2 passport photos for visa application form.

Note: Vietnam Immigration works 5 days a week, no office operation on Sat & Sun for visa processing. Please take notes that normally if you send personal data to us for Vietnam visa at weekend, We will be only able to submit your document to  Immigration office next Monday

+ For travelers who will get in advance visa at Vietnamese Embassy or consulate office at your country:

- We will request Vietnam immigration office to send 1 fax of the approval letter to Vietnam Embassy nearest to our clients and also we will send 1 same copy to you. Just bring this document, your passport plus 2 passport photos to Vietnam Embassy to get your visa stamped. You will get your visa stamped within 3 -5 working days depending on regulations of Vietnam Embassy at each country.

Note: We do not suggest travelers to get Vietnam visa at Vietnam Embassy or Consulate offices for the reason of more cost and also  more time. You will have to travel at least twice from your home or office to Vietnam Embassy to apply visa and to get your visa without any mistake.

Step 4: Cost to obtain your Visa on arrival

- You will get Vietnam visa stamp on your passport on arrival at Vietnam International airports: Noi Bai in Ha noi, Da Nang in Da Nang city, Cam Ranh Airport in Nha Trang and Tan Son Nhat airport in Ho Chi Minh City. Traveler can pay for stamp fee directly to immigration office at airport in USD or EURO. 

- Cost for stamp fee will base on type of  your visa you will need. Basically 1 month single entry visa will cost you 25 USD/ 1 visa  and double price if you request for multi entries visa.

- If you want to apply for 3 months visa, The cost will be minimum 75 USD at Airports.

- For those who want to get Vietnam visa in advance at Vietnam Embassy or Consulate office will have to pay visa fee as price table of Vietnam Embassy. Normally getting Vietnam visa at Embassy will cost more than on arrival visa, Officers at the Embassy want to charge some amount for their services as well. Please take special notice about this factor my dear.
